What is the return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused, unwashed item with original tags within 14 days of purchase. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) for both local and international transactions.
How do I care for my Satrangi lawn and pret wear?
To maintain the longevity of your garments, we recommend hand washing in cold water, avoiding bleach, and ironing at a moderate temperature. Dry cleaning is recommended for heavily embellished formal wear.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been processed and shipped, no further changes can be made.
